Jennifer Anderson, DVM
Dr. Jennifer Anderson is originally from the Midwest, but went to high school in Boca Raton, FL where she was an avid volleyball player. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science in 2005 from Purdue University and her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine in 2009 from Purdue Univeristy. Go Boilers!
After graduation Dr. Anderson worked for a year in Georgia as a mixed animal veterinarian where she enjoyed working with large animals such as cattle and horses along with dogs and cats. After a year in the south she returned to the midwest where she did some relief work in the area for a year and then finally found her home at Lincolnway Veterinary Clinic in the fall of 2010. She is on the Potowatomi Zoological Board and is a member of Indiana Veterinary Association, Michiana Veterinary Medical Association, American Veterinary Medical Association, American Association of Feline Practioners, and Veterinary Emergency and Critical Care Society.
She has special interests in soft tissue and orthopedic surgery and internal medicine.
Fun Fact: She has three spoiled rotten cats named Snickers, Kahlua, and Wrigley. Outside of the office she enjoys anything outdoors, such as gardening, hiking, biking, volleyball, golf and snowmobiling.
